Instead, you’ll have a consultation with one of our doctors, who will discuss your symptoms and recommend the most suitable course of treatment.

Provide a few details about yourself and your symptoms, then choose a convenient date and time for a video consultation with one of our pharmacists.
You’ll receive an email confirming your appointment, along with a secure video link to speak with one of our pharmacists about your symptoms.
During your consultation, the pharmacist will discuss the most appropriate treatment options for your condition.
This may include a prescription medicine or advice on suitable products available from our pharmacy.
If prescribed, your medication will be sent to you with our tracked 24-hour service, assuring to arrive the following day.

Shingles rash appears only on one side of your body. A rash spanning both the left and right side of your body will most likely be a sign of a different condition, and we’d recommend
speaking to your GP or calling NHS 111.
